Job Description

Finzen Fintech is building India’s most trusted retail-lending distribution engine. Our multi-sided platform connects DSAs, NBFCs/Banks, and borrowers to deliver paper-light onboarding, intelligent matching, and fast disbursals. We operate under a Master DSA structure with real-time payout visibility and rigorous compliance. We’re hiring a Sales Manager - Retail Loans to lead disbursals across Personal Loans (PL), Business Loans (BL), Loan Against Property (LAP), and Home Loans (HL), by scaling high-quality sourcing funnels and deepening lender relationships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Targets
• Achieve monthly disbursal targets
• Manage leads from DSAs and direct sources
• Track performance and maintain CRM data

2. DSA Management
• Recruit and onboard DSA partners
• Train partners on processes and documentation
• Monitor partner performance

3. Lender Coordination
• Work with credit and lenders for approvals
• Ensure faster processing and issue resolution

4. Compliance & Documentation
• Follow all RBI and KYC guidelines
• Maintain proper documentation and file quality

5. Portfolio Monitoring
• Track early defaults and ensure healthy portfolio

6. Market Insights
• Monitor competitor trends
• Plan local marketing and sourcing activities

Requirements

• 4–8 years experience in retail loan sales
• Experience in PL, BL, LAP, or HL
• Strong DSA/channel management skills
• Good understanding of loan documentation
• Comfortable with CRM and reporting tools
