Role Overview
We are hiring a Sales Manager – Retail & MSME Loans to drive disbursals across:
Personal Loans (PL), Business Loans (BL), Loan Against Property (LAP), and Home Loans (HL).
You will be responsible for driving revenue, improving conversions, and working closely with credit and lender teams to ensure fast and clean disbursals.
This is a hands-on role with regular field involvement.
Key Responsibilities
Own sales targets and drive monthly loan disbursals
Coordinate with credit and lender teams for approvals and disbursals
Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and file quality
Support local market activities and sales growth
Key Performance Metrics (KPIs)
Monthly disbursals (₹) by product
Lead → Login → Sanction → Disbursal conversion
Average turnaround time (TAT)
File pendency and deviation levels
Must-Have Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales within any financial services segment (loans, insurance, cards, investments, fintech, etc.)
Comfortable working with CRM systems and Excel/Google Sheets
Good communication and coordination skills
Good to Have
Experience in retail or MSME lending
Experience setting up a new city or sales channel
Strong local network within the financial services ecosystem
Basic understanding of bureau reports and bank statement analysis
Work Model
Work from office (Mumbai) with regular field travel
6-day working as per business requirements
Occasional inter-city travel
