Responsibilities :
Manage overall office operations and daily activities.
Supervise and monitor employees and staff across all departments.
Ensure Sales Team is working efficiently, meeting targets, and following processes.
Oversee Accounts Team work including accuracy, timelines, and compliance.
Regularly review work performance and ensure tasks are completed properly.
Conduct daily/weekly checks on team productivity and discipline.
Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Ensure office cleanliness and hygiene by monitoring cleaning staff.
Check attendance, punctuality, and employee behavior.
Resolve internal issues and ensure a positive work environment.
Report performance updates directly to management/owners.
Required Skills:
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Experience in handling sales, accounts, and operations teams.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask and manage pressure.
Good communication and coordination skills
