Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives. This role requires a mix of sales expertise, market understanding, and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new clients for IT/software solutions (ERP, CRM, SaaS, Web/Mobile Apps, Cloud).

• Generate leads via networking, LinkedIn, Upwork, and digital platforms.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships with CXOs & decision-makers.

• Prepare proposals, deliver presentations, and negotiate contracts.

• Collaborate with technical teams to align client needs with solutions.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
