Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for expanding the franchise network by identifying potential franchise partners, managing lead pipelines, and driving growth across regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads for preschool franchise opportunities

• Conduct franchise presentations and business meetings

• Guide potential franchise partners through onboarding process

• Develop market expansion strategies

• Build relationships with education entrepreneurs and investors

• Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets

• Coordinate with operations and academic teams during franchise setup

Requirements

• 2–6 years’ experience in franchise development / sales

• Experience in education or preschool industry preferred

• Strong negotiation and presentation skills

• MBA or equivalent preferred
