Business Development Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive sales growth, generate new business opportunities, and build strong client relationships in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, along with a strong understanding of the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase sales and revenue.

• Generate leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and market research.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, brokers, channel partners, and property dealers.

• Promote residential and commercial properties to prospective buyers and investors.

• Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to successfully close deals.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and property demand.

• Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

• Coordinate with marketing, sales, and customer relationship teams.

• Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to senior management.
