The Relationship Manager will be responsible for driving life insurance sales through assigned bank branches, building strong relationships with bank staff, and ensuring seamless customer service and business growth.
Develop and maintain strong business relationships with bank branch staff and customers
Generate leads and drive sales of life insurance products through bancassurance channel
Conduct regular product training sessions for bank employees
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets & productivity metrics
Ensure excellent customer experience during onboarding and policy servicing
Maintain compliance with all regulatory and company policies
Regular branch visits, meetings, and sales activities reporting
Good communication & presentation skills
Strong relationship-building and influencing ability
Sales-driven mindset with target orientation
Basic understanding of life insurance products
Graduation (Any Stream)
Experience in insurance & bank relationship handling will be an added advantage
