📌 Position: Business Development Manager (BDM) – B1 Grade

Industry: Life Insurance / BFSI

Experience: Minimum 1–3 years in Life Insurance Sales (Agency / Direct / Banca preferred)
CTC: Up to 3.25 LPA + Travel Allowance + Attractive Incentives

• Acquire new customers through field sales and relationship building

• Promote and sell life insurance products to achieve monthly & quarterly targets

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers for upselling & cross-selling

• Generate leads from open market and local networks

• Work closely with branch teams & support functions

• Ensure 100% compliance with company policies and documentation
