A Reputed Real Estate & Construction Company is expanding its business across India and is looking for energetic, result-oriented Business Development Managers (BDM) to join its high-performing sales team.

With expertise in Real Estate, Construction, Building Materials, Interior Design, Architecture, and Infrastructure, the company serves 100+ clients, has 400+ employees, and operates across multiple locations in India and overseas.

Candidates must be willing to travel and relocate anywhere in India as per business requirements.

💼 Position

Business Development Manager (BDM)

🎓 Qualification

• MBA / BBA / BBM / B.Com (Sales & Marketing preferred)

👨💼 Experience

• 1–5 Years

• Experience in Construction, Real Estate, Interior, Infrastructure, Engineering, Staffing, or B2B Sales preferred.

• Prior Business Development experience in the construction industry is highly desirable.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through field visits and client meetings.

• Identify upcoming construction and interior projects.

• Develop strategic partnerships and expand market presence.

• Prepare business proposals and negotiate commercial terms.

• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

• Maintain market intelligence and customer relationship management.

💰 Salary & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month

• Attractive Performance-Based Incentives

• ₹5,000 Monthly Relocation Allowance (from second month's salary)

• PF after successful completion of probation and employment agreement

• Performance-based salary increment after probation

⏰ Working Hours

• 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• 6 Days a Week

📌 Important Terms

• Immediate Joiners Preferred.

• 3 Months Probation Period.

• One-Year Employment Agreement after successful probation.

• Candidates must own a Laptop/Tablet for work.

• Field travel is mandatory.

• Limited monthly travel support of ₹1,000 included in salary.
