We are seeking a highly experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager with strong B2B exposure to drive revenue growth and strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills in English and a proven track record of closing corporate deals.
Identify, develop, and close new B2B business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations in fluent English.
Prepare proposals, commercial terms, and business agreements.
Achieve assigned revenue and growth targets.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
Coordinate with internal teams for seamless onboarding and service delivery.
Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipelines, and MIS reports.
Represent the organization in client meetings and business forums.
Proven experience in B2B sales and corporate business development.
Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written).
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability.
Target-driven and result-focused approach.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
MBA or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
Only candidates with 5–10 years of relevant experience will be considered.
Industry experience is mandatory (HR / Education / FMCG / B2B Sales).
