As a BDM, you are responsible for the growth of the company’s business by expanding the distribution network. This role requires a blend of recruitment, coaching, and direct sales strategy.
🚀 Key Responsibilities
Agency Development: Recruit and onboard high-potential Life Insurance Advisors/Agents.
Business Production: Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through your team of advisors.
Training & Enablement: Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge, sales pitches, and closing techniques.
Joint Field Work: Accompany advisors on client meetings to provide on-ground support and ensure high conversion rates.
Customer Retention: Monitor policy renewals and maintain a high "Persistency Ratio" (keeping customers active).
Compliance: Ensure all sales activities follow IRDAI regulations and company ethics.
