Salary Range: ₹18,000 - ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

Work Schedule: Must be available to work on Saturdays and Sundays (standard real estate industry requirement; weekdays may involve flexible hours or off days – to be discussed during interview).

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads for real estate properties in residential and commercial segments.

• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, buyers, and sellers.

• Arrange site visits, property showings, and negotiations to close deals.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote listings and achieve sales targets.

• Handle client inquiries, provide market insights, and ensure smooth transaction processes.

• Stay updated on real estate trends, regulations, and local market dynamics in Yelahanka and HSR areas.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory for freshers).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confidence in client-facing roles.

• Basic knowledge of real estate sales or willingness to learn (training provided).

• Ability to work weekends, as the role involves high client engagement during peak times.

• Proficiency in English and local languages (Kannada/Hindi) is a plus.
