We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company.
Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels (calls, networking, social media)
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
Understand client needs and offer suitable products/services
Create and execute business development strategies to achieve targets
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports
Bachelor’s degree (preferred: Business, Marketing, or related field)
Proven experience (2–5 years) in Sales / Business Development / Marketing
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Good understanding of market trends and customer needs
