Business Development Executive (BDE) / Business Development Manager (BDM)
Location: Delhi NCR
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive/Manager to generate new business, manage client relationships, coordinate transportation operations, and drive revenue growth for our PAN India logistics services (FTL, PTL, ODC, Express & Project Logistics).
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business and achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and transport vendors.
Prepare quotations, negotiate freight rates, and close deals.
Coordinate vehicle placement and ensure timely shipment execution.
Monitor shipments from inquiry to delivery, including POD and payment follow-up.
Resolve customer and operational issues promptly.
Maintain CRM, reports, and business records.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
BDE: 1–5 years | BDM: 5+ years of experience.
Experience in logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, or supply chain preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, customer handling, and coordination skills.
Good knowledge of FTL/PTL operations, MS Excel, and CRM/ERP tools.
Willing to travel for client meetings.
