Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Business Development Manager to expand Pavo Ads’ premium digital advertising network across Delhi NCR.
The role primarily involves onboarding potential partners for digital screen placements, conducting meetings with commercial establishments, negotiating partnerships, and coordinating agreement closures.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable with field work, client interactions, negotiations, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire premium retail and commercial locations for digital screen installations
Conduct meetings with Property owners, commercial establishments, and business stakeholders
Present Pavo Ads advertising and revenue-sharing model professionally
Negotiate commercial terms and close partnership agreements
Handle end-to-end coordination of agreements, approvals, and onboarding formalities
Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial partners
Conduct market surveys and identify high-footfall expansion opportunities
Coordinate with operations and installation teams for successful deployment of screens
Maintain acquisition pipeline, reports, and partnership data
Ensure smooth execution from lead generation to final installation
Requirements:
3+ years of relevant experience in site acquisition.
Prior experience in DOOH advertising, elevator/lift advertising, retail media, RWA acquisition, or similar industries preferred
Experience in handling RWA discussions and commercial agreements is a strong advantage
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with field sales and client meetings
Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
Familiarity with Delhi NCR market is a plus
Must be comfortable working in a startup environment
Salary: Negotiable (Based on Experience & Industry Background)
