Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager with a strong background in the automobile industry and B2B industrial sales. The candidate should have excellent technical knowledge of automation solutions, including fluid dispensing systems and robotics, along with a proven ability to develop new business and manage key accounts.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and industrial clients

  • Expand and manage distributor and channel partner network

  • Conduct client meetings, technical presentations, and product demonstrations

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers

  • Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth

  • Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities

  • Coordinate with internal technical and service teams for smooth project execution


Educational Qualification

  • B.Tech / BE or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Automobile, or related field


Experience Required

  • 5–10+ years of experience in automobile or industrial automation sales

  • Strong exposure to B2B business development

  • Experience in selling industrial equipment / automation solutions

  • Knowledge of fluid dispensers, robotics, or manufacturing automation preferred

  • Experience handling key accounts and large projects


Required Skills

  • Strong technical and commercial understanding

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Ability to handle techno-commercial discussions

  • Target-oriented with strategic thinking
