Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing team. The candidate must have hands-on experience in generating leads through online platforms such as LinkedIn, websites, social media, and other digital sources. The role mainly focuses on international sales and service-based deal closures.
Key Responsibilities
Generate quality leads from LinkedIn, websites, online portals, and other digital platforms
Identify and connect with international clients for service-based projects
Handle end-to-end sales process from lead generation to deal closure
Conduct client communication through calls, emails, and virtual meetings
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Understand client requirements and pitch company services effectively
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
Maintain daily reports and CRM updates
Requirements
Minimum 3–6 months of experience in international sales
Experience in lead generation through LinkedIn, websites, and online platforms is mandatory
Must have experience handling service-based deals
Strong communication and negotiation skills in English
Ability to work independently and achieve targets
Basic understanding of digital services, websites, or IT solutions will be an added advantage
