Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new property listings (residential, commercial, or retail spaces)
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties based on their requirements
- Conduct property site visits, presentations, and client meetings
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, landlords, and tenants
- Provide market intelligence on pricing, trends, and investment opportunities
- Negotiate deals between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
- Coordinate with legal teams for documentation, agreements, and due diligence
- Manage end-to-end transaction processes until closure
- Stay updated with local real estate regulations and compliance requirements
- Maintaining the CRM database and presenting regularly to the Management
- Build a strong network and generate leads through referrals and marketing efforts
