We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) who will play a key role in expanding our investor base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential investors, presenting our business model, and converting prospects into long-term partners.
_*Key Responsibilities*_
Identify and approach potential investors and clients.
Present and explain the company’s resort investment plans clearly and effectively.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing investors.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to close deals.
Represent the company professionally in all client interactions.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.
_*Required Skills & Qualifications*_
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Ability to present ideas confidently to clients and investors.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive mindset.
Basic understanding of sales, business development, or real estate/investment (preferred).
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
