Job Description: Junior Business Development Manager (BDM)
Location: Santacruz, Mumbai
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Based on experience)
Experience: 5–6 Years
Role Summary
A growing stainless steel fasteners manufacturing company is looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Junior Business Development Manager to expand market presence, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
The ideal candidate should have strong B2B sales experience, market development expertise, and the ability to build strategic client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development strategies to increase sales revenue
Identify new customers, distributors, and channel partners
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Conduct market research and identify growth opportunities
Lead customer meetings, presentations, and negotiations
Prepare business proposals, quotations, and commercial offers
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve business objectives
Track sales pipeline and business development activities
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
5–6 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Industrial Sales
Strong understanding of manufacturing and industrial product markets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Strategic thinking with a results-driven approach
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems preferred
