Job Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales
• Conduct property presentations and sales discussions
• Arrange and attend client site visits
• Guide customers throughout the property buying process
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
• Maintain customer database and regular follow-ups
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer experience
Candidate Requirements
• Female candidates only
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience (mandatory)
• Experience in Delhi/NCR market preferred
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
• Confident, presentable, and professional personality
• Comfortable with client meetings and site visits
• Basic computer knowledge required
