Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to achieve business objectives. Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies. Requirements: Education: MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree preferred. Experience: Minimum 5-12 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the financial services or consulting industry. Proven track record of success in business development and sales. Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong business development and sales skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity.
