· Contract Management Coordinate with Clients, prepare Agreement and Correspondence, billing and tracking projects.
· End-to-End Bid Management: Responsible for the entire lifecycle, including searching for opportunities, online tenders analysing eligibility, preparing technical and financial documents, preparing commercial proposals and ensuring timely submission for government and private projects.
· Strategic Relationship Management: Expertise in building long-term networks with real estate developers, government bodies, and project management consultants (PMCs)and liaising with Govt. departments.
· Negotiation & Persuasion: Mastering deal closures and navigating complex contracts while balancing the firm's profitability and the client's budget.
· Market Intelligence: Proficiency in conducting research to identify upcoming urban development trends, competitor positioning, and untapped geographic sectors.
· High-Impact Presentation: Skills in public speaking and visual storytelling to present proposals during competitive bidding or RFPs.
· Operational Leadership: Ability to manage multidisciplinary support teams and oversee office protocols, from scheduling to facility maintenance. Skills in managing office and coordinate with Finance & Accounts HR Team & Studio Team.
· Organizational Systems: Expertise in establishing digital filing systems (especially for massive architectural files) and managing complex project calendars.
