Key Responsibilities:
1. Visit builders, architects, contractors, and electrical consultants to generate new business opportunities.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure repeat business and long-term association.
3. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through direct field visits and client meetings.
4. Identify new project leads, build a strong sales pipeline, and close deals effectively.
5. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for clients and decision-makers.
6. Coordinate with the internal operations team for timely quotations, order processing, and deliveries.
7. Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new product launches.
Submit daily/weekly reports on client visits and sales performance to management.
Requirements:
1. Graduate / Diploma / MBA with 5–8 years of experience in Lighting Industry Sales (Project/Field Sales).
2. Strong network with builders, contractors, and developers in the NCR region.
3. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
4. Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
5. Self-motivated, confident, and comfortable with extensive field travel.
