Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead and manage the sales and marketing activities for I Fuel in the all assign region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing the sales team, and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and brand visibility.

Motivate and guide sales executives to meet their individual targets.

Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.

Identify new business opportunities, clients, and market segments.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.

Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and events.

Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market.

Prepare reports on sales performance, forecasts, and team productivity.

Ensure timely communication between management and the sales team.
