Job Title: Agency Sales Manager / Relationship Manager – Agency Channel

Job Purpose

To recruit, develop, and manage a team of insurance advisors and drive business growth through the Agency channel by achieving sales targets, improving productivity, and ensuring compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and activate life insurance advisors/agents.

• Train advisors on products, sales process, and regulatory norms.

• Drive new business generation through advisors to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

• Motivate and monitor advisor performance to ensure consistent productivity.

• Plan joint field work, sales meetings, and review sessions with advisors.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, IRDAI guidelines, and compliance norms.

• Maintain strong relationships with advisors and provide ongoing support.

• Track MIS, sales reports, persistency, and renewal performance.

• Conduct local marketing activities, contests, and recruitment drives.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate (MBA preferred)

• 1–8 years of experience in Agency Channel (Life Insurance/BFSI)

• Proven track record of advisor recruitment and business achievement
