Business Development Manager (BDM) – Construction & Interior
Location: Mysore, Karnataka
Experience: Minimum 5+ Years
Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month (Based on experience & performance)
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in Construction and Interior projects. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth in residential, commercial, and turnkey projects.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in construction and interior projects
Generate leads through site visits, architects, builders, consultants, and referrals
Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and contracts
Coordinate with design, estimation, and execution teams
Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, vendors, and contractors
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Attend meetings, negotiations, and project discussions
Ensure timely follow-ups and deal closures
5+ years of experience in Construction / Interior / Real Estate sales
Strong understanding of interior fit-outs, civil works, turnkey projects
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proven ability to close high-value projects
Good knowledge of Mysore market
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools
Two-wheeler mandatory (local travel required)
Experience working with builders, architects, interior designers
Existing local client network is an added advantage
Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented
Salary up to ₹50,000 per month
