Position: Sales & Business Development Manager – Rigid Plastic Packaging

Location: Delhi

Salary: 50k-60k depands upon experience

Experience: minimum 5 years

We are looking for an experienced Sales & Business Development professional to explore new brands and generate business for:

• PET and HDPE jars

• Nutraceutical and supplement containers

• Supplement boxes

• Pharmaceutical containers

• Food, healthcare and FMCG rigid packaging products

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach brands requiring PET/HDPE jars and containers

• Generate business from nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, healthcare, food and FMCG companies

• Develop relationships with brand owners, purchase teams and packaging professionals

• Manage product presentations, enquiries, quotations, negotiations and order closures

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable packaging solutions

• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline

• Coordinate internally for sampling, product development, pricing and dispatch

• Monitor competitor activity and emerging packaging requirements

Candidate Requirements:

• Relevant sales experience in PET/HDPE jars, supplement packaging, pharmaceutical containers or rigid plastic packaging

• An established network with brands and purchase decision-makers in the relevant industries

• Strong business-development, communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to independently identify prospects and convert them into customers

• Willingness to travel for meetings and business development

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 4 - 6+ years Experience.
