🚀 Hiring: Business Development Manager (Revenue-Linked Role)

📍 Location: Malad, Mumbai (On-ground role)

This is NOT a typical marketing or desk job.

Askknatural is looking for a Business Development Manager who can open doors, close high-value partnerships, and directly contribute to revenue growth.

If you are confident speaking with doctors, founders, business owners, influencers, and decision-makers this role is built for you.

💼 Role Snapshot

You will represent Askknatural in real-world, high-credibility environments and convert conversations into measurable revenue.

This role focuses on relationships, partnerships, and conversions not ads, not campaigns, not execution work.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Build & close partnerships with doctors, clinics, gyms & wellness institutions (in-person)

🔹 Initiate collaborations with influencers, creators, actors & public figures

🔹 Secure podcasts, interviews, panels & media visibility for the founder

🔹 Support founder-led workshops & events and drive lead conversion

🔹 Coordinate with the digital team to track ROI & revenue impact (no ad execution)

🔹 Own follow-ups, reporting & revenue accountability

✅ Required

• Proven experience in Business Development / Partnerships / Sales

• Comfort with cold outreach (online & offline)

• Understanding of revenue models & commissions

• Basic CRM / Google Sheets reporting

• Digital marketing execution

• Ad management or design skills

• MBA-only or purely academic profiles

💰 Compensation (Performance-Driven)

Fixed Salary

₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Commission (Uncapped)

💸 ₹50,000 – ₹1,00,000+ per month

• 10–15% commission on doctor / clinic / gym partnerships

• 5–10% on influencer & collaboration-led conversions

• Additional bonuses for workshops & events

👉 Comfort with commission-based earnings is mandatory
