Job Summary
The Business Development Manager (BDM) drives growth by acquiring new pharmaceutical clients and expanding existing accounts. This role focuses selling secondary packaging services like cartons, blisters, serialization, and kit assembly.
Key Responsibilities
Identify Leads: Source new business opportunities within pharmaceutical and FMCG sectors.
Manage Pipeline: Maintain a robust sales pipeline from initial contact to contract signing.
Nurture Accounts: Build long-term relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
Experience: 3–5+ years in B2B sales, specifically within pharma packaging
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of secondary packaging, serialization, and cold-chain logistics.
Skills: Strong negotiation, contract drafting, and CRM (e.g., Salesforce) proficiency.
Travel: Willingness to travel.
