Business Development Manager

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Gachibowli. The ideal candidate should have a background in the healthcare sector, with 1–2 years of experience in business development — preferably in a multispeciality hospital or eye care setup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase patient footfall and revenue.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, corporate clients, and referral partners.

• Plan and execute marketing and outreach initiatives to promote services.

• Conduct field visits, organize tie-ups, and participate in community and corporate engagement activities.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide strategic inputs for business growth.

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in business development or sales, specifically in the healthcare industry.

• Experience in multispeciality hospitals or eye care centers preferred.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
