Business Development Executive (Remote)

Responsibilities

Generate leads through cold calling, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and email.

Contact real estate companies, builders, brokers, and local businesses.

Schedule meetings for the founder.

Follow up with potential clients until they are ready to buy.

Maintain lead data in Google Sheets or CRM.

Coordinate with the team after a client is closed.

Achieve monthly client acquisition targets.

Requirements

Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus).

Confident while speaking on phone.

Basic knowledge of sales and digital marketing.

Smartphone/Laptop with stable internet.

Self-motivated and target-driven.

Compensation

Initial Phase

₹300 for every qualified meeting booked.

₹5000 for every client successfully closed.

Performance bonus for exceeding targets.

After Performance

Fixed Salary: ₹10,000–₹15,000/month

KPIs

80–100 outbound calls/day

50+ WhatsApp/Instagram outreaches/day

5–8 qualified meetings/week

3–5 new clients/month
