WeareseekingaskilledanddynamicInternationalBusinessDevelopmentExecutivewho will be responsible for building and managing international client relationships, handling complete export documentation, and ensuring compliance with global trade regulations. If you have strong knowledge of Incoterms, international shipping procedures, and experience in pharmaceutical or FMCG exports, we want to hear from you!


 

Key Responsibilities:

·         Identify&connectwithnewinternationalbuyersthroughcalls,emails,trade portals, and embassy outreach.

·         HandlecompleteexportdocumentationincludingInvoice,PackingList,Billof Lading, Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary, Form 10/11, etc.

·         EnsurecompliancewithIncoterms2020,country-specificregulations,andexport standards.

·         CoordinatewithCHA,FreightForwarders,andregulatorybodiesfortimelydispatch.

·         Managecustomerqueriesandafter-salescommunicationacrossborders.

·         Updateandmaintainexportcustomerdatabase&documentationrecords.
