We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Identify new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, networking, and social media.
Generate leads and convert them into sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Present and pitch company services/products to potential customers.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Maintain CRM records, follow-ups, and sales pipelines.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Participate in marketing activities, events, and client meetings.
12th Pass And Above (preferred).
Proven experience in sales or business development is an advantage.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Confident, proactive, and target-oriented personality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and online research.
