💼 Key Responsibilities

• Lead Gen & Outreach: Identify and engage decision-makers in corporates, event agencies, clubs, and social event planners

• Sales Pipeline Ownership: Build, track, and close B2B deals for artist bookings and performances

• Pitching & Presentations: Deliver sharp, solution-driven presentations to clients — online and in-person

• Client Relationships: Cultivate long-term partnerships with corporates, luxury venues, and event planners

• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and event calendars

• Revenue Focus: Drive consistent sales, achieve monthly targets, and contribute to ACMOBOOK’s talent revenue growth

• 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales, event partnerships, artist management, or corporate sales

• A strong network in clubs, hotels, agencies, or corporate HR/marketing teams

• A passion for the entertainment industry and a flair for pitching talent

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills (you know how to close deals)

• Entrepreneurial drive and the ability to work independently
