Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and implement business development strategies to achieve company sales targets.

  • Generate new leads through market research, networking, cold calling, and referrals.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

  • Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.

  • Negotiate commercial terms and close deals successfully.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

  • Coordinate with internal departments such as Marketing, Accounts, Production, and Logistics to ensure smooth execution of orders.

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.

  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.

  • Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and business meetings when required.

  • Lead, guide, and motivate junior sales or business development executives (if applicable).


Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to close deals and achieve targets.

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability.

  • Excellent presentation and client handling skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
