We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager with deep expertise in real estate investment advisory. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of closing high-value deals, managing HNI/Ultra-HNI clients, and generating consistent sales through strategic business development initiatives.
Investment Advisory: Guide clients in making smart property investment decisions across residential, commercial, and plotted developments.
Lead Conversion: Convert qualified leads into high-ticket sales through structured follow-ups, site visits, and relationship building.
Client Acquisition: Develop and nurture a pipeline of potential HNI/Institutional clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and corporate partnerships.
Market Research: Analyze local property trends, pricing, competition, and ROI factors to support advisory recommendations.
Pitching & Presentations: Deliver tailored property investment proposals and presentations to high-value clients.
Channel Partner Management: Collaborate with channel partners to generate referrals and expand reach.
Revenue Targeting: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
CRM & Reporting: Maintain detailed client records using CRM software; submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.

🔹 Presentation & Analytical Skills – Ability to explain complex investment returns in a simple, persuasive manner.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field.
4–8 years of business development experience, preferably in real estate, wealth management, or financial consulting.
Proven success in achieving ₹1 Cr+ monthly sales targets.
