Job Purpose

The Sales Development Executive at 99Estate Pro Private Limited will be responsible for generating qualified leads, nurturing client relationships, and supporting the sales team in converting prospects into clients. This role plays a vital part in driving revenue growth and strengthening the company’s presence in the real estate sector.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, property portals, social media, and referrals.

  • Identify, qualify, and nurture prospective buyers, investors, and channel partners.

  • Schedule and coordinate client site visits, meetings, and presentations.

  • Present project details, features, and investment opportunities clearly and persuasively.

  • Maintain continuous follow-ups with potential clients to ensure conversions.

  • Support the sales team during negotiations and closures.

  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and appointments.

  • Update and maintain CRM records with accurate client interaction history.

  • Provide client feedback and market insights to management for business growth.

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales/business development (mandatory).

  • Proven track record in lead generation and client conversion.

  • Prior experience in property sales, brokerage, or real estate consulting preferred.
