Business Development Manager - Industrial Fasteners

Business Development Manager – Fasteners (Industrial Segment) Develop and execute sales strategies for fasteners in the targeted industrial segments. Identify and engage with key OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and large end-users. Manage existing accounts and develop new business opportunities. Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations. Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, supply chain, customer service) to fulfil customer requirements. Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs. Achieve sales targets, manage pricing, and negotiate contracts. Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
