Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Manager – Land Acquisition to identify, evaluate, negotiate, and acquire land parcels for real estate development projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience in land sourcing, negotiations, due diligence, and coordination with landowners, brokers, and government authorities.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify and source potential land parcels for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
· Build and maintain relationships with landowners, brokers, channel partners, and local stakeholders.
· Conduct preliminary land assessments, market research, and feasibility studies.
· Negotiate commercial terms and finalize land acquisition agreements.
· Coordinate with legal, finance, and project teams for due diligence and transaction closure.
· Verify land ownership records, title documents, approvals, and regulatory compliance.
· Liaise with government departments and local authorities as required.
· Prepare acquisition proposals, reports, and presentations for management review.
· Track and maintain a pipeline of acquisition opportunities.
· Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Eligibility Criteria
· Education: Any Degree.
· Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in Real Estate Land Acquisition.
· Proven experience in land sourcing and deal closure.
· Strong understanding of land documentation, registration processes, and due diligence.
· Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
· Ability to travel extensively for site visits and meetings.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
· Strong local market knowledge and network with landowners and brokers.
· Familiarity with land laws, approvals, and real estate regulations.
· Ability to work independently and achieve acquisition targets.
· Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
