JOB DESCRIPTION

A Business Development Executive (BDE) at Zucol Group is responsible for driving business growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The BDE plays a crucial role in expanding the company's customer base through various channels, including inbound and outbound outreach, as well as digital platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.

• Build and maintain strong, long-lastingclient relationships.

QUALIFICATION:

• Identify new markets and customer segments.

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong knowledge of sales principles.
