Shift: Rotational (9 AM – 9 PM, 9-hour shifts)
Working Days: 6 days/week (Saturday & Sunday working, weekday off)

Key Responsibilities
Lead Conversion & Outreach
Make 125+ outbound calls daily to potential customers.
Achieve 50+ connected calls and maintain 3+ hours of talk time each day.
Handle inbound inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
Sales & Customer Interaction
Clearly explain healthcare membership plans and their benefits.
Convert leads into paying customers and consistently meet monthly sales targets.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Reporting & Collaboration
Maintain accurate lead data and update CRM regularly.
Work closely with teammates and participate in regular sales training sessions.
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
0–2 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer service (healthcare or insurance experience preferred).
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills (mandatory).
Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated.
Comfortable with high-volume calling and a target-driven culture.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and online communication platforms.
Flexible to work in rotational shifts and weekday offs.
Open to relocation if required.
