Designation: Client Success Associate / Sales Associate

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

· Collecting monthly retainer fees from clients as per the agreed timeline

· Client acquisition based on targeted leads

· Working with senior advocates to prevent client harassment

· Ensuring quick settlements with the help of senior advocates

· Negotiating with bank officials and recovery agencies

Job Requirements:

· Experience: 6 months to 3.5 years in sales

· Education: Graduate or pursuing graduation

· Laptop and handset required (laptop can be provided on rental)

· Looking for candidates with experience in inside sales, edtech sales, or insurance sales, real estate.

· Not considering candidates from FMCG, retail sales, or field sales
