We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our IT Sales team. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales of our IT products and services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills with a passion for technology and sales.
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify potential clients through online research, cold calling, LinkedIn, and email campaigns.
Client Engagement:
Approach prospective customers, present IT solutions, and explain the benefits aligned to their business needs.
Sales Pitch & Proposal:
Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and proposals tailored to client requirements.
CRM & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of all leads, opportunities, and client communications using CRM tools.
Market Research:
Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
Collaboration:
Coordinate with technical teams to customize IT solutions for clients and ensure timely delivery of services.
Sales Targets:
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
1–5 years of experience in B2B/B2C IT sales or software sales (Freshers with strong aptitude will be considered).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho CRM).
Basic understanding of software development, digital marketing, cloud services, or ERP solutions (based on your product offering).
Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong work ethic.
Experience with lead generation tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, etc.
Prior experience in SaaS, Web Development, or Custom Software Solutions.
Knowledge of the IT service sales cycle.
