Job Description

Out of the total requirement, 25 candidates should be Hindi-speaking, and 25 candidates should have a combination of Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam language skills.For Hindi-speaking candidates, the qualification can be 12th pass or fail; however, candidates should not be from a recently passed-out batch. Both freshers and experienced candidates are eligible, provided they have good communication skills in English and the respective regional language, along with basic system knowledge.Age Limit: 18 to 29 yearsEducational Qualifications:• Any Graduate / Diploma / ITI – for Hindi, Kannada, and Malayalam• 12th / PUC – for Hindi (excluding recent pass-outs)Working Hours: 8 hours per dayShift Timing: General Shift (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM)Shift Type: No rotational shiftsBenefits Offered:• Sunday is a weekly holiday; double salary will be paid if employees work on Sunday.• Attendance bonus of Rs. 1,000 for full attendance.• During offer periods, if Sunday work is required, 1.5 days’ salary will be paid.• Referral incentive of Rs. 1,000 upon completion of 30 days by the referred candidate.• Daily and monthly performance-based incentives.Working Days: 26 days per month (additional days during offer periods will be paid).Salary Range: Rs. 14,000 to Rs. 18,000 + incentives.For experienced candidates, any one of the following documents is mandatory: Experience certificate / Payslip / Bank statement.Company Benefits:• ID card• Company T-shirts• Morning breakfast• Performance certificate• Saturday evening snacks• Team dinnerLanguages Required: All regional languages except Telugu.Candidates who are available for immediate joining may apply.
