Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients through various channels like LinkedIn, online directories, and social media.
Cold Outreach: Initiate contact with prospective clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking to gauge interest.
Market Research: Conduct industry research to stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
Client Relationship Building: Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and nurture relationships with existing and potential partners.
Sales Support: Assist senior team members in preparing sales pitches, proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs.
CRM Management: Update and maintain accurate records of all daily outreach and client interactions in the CRM system.
Reporting: Track your daily progress and provide weekly reports on leads generated and conversion status to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field (BBA/MBA preferred).
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to connect with people and persuade potential clients.
Tools: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a willingness to learn CRM tools.
