Job Description

Responsibilities:

Identify and generate leads through calls, emails, and online platforms.
Approach potential international clients and promote company services.
Maintain relationships with existing and new clients.
Understand client needs and prepare customized proposals.
Work on achieving individual and team sales targets.
Maintain daily records of lead generation and client communication.
Stay updated with international market trends and competitor activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of services.
Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development / International Sales (Night Shift preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Comfortable working during night shift hours.
Goal-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.
