Business Development Executive

We are looking for a Sales Executive who can generate new business, handle customer enquiries, follow up with leads and convert enquiries into orders.

The candidate will be responsible for developing customers in industrial, infrastructure, solar, construction, agriculture and project segments.

### Key Responsibilities

• Generate new sales leads through IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Google, calling, WhatsApp and other channels.

• Respond to incoming customer enquiries and understand their requirements.

• Regularly follow up with leads and quotations.

• Prepare and share quotations with customers.

• Convert enquiries into confirmed orders.

• Develop new B2B customers and dealers.

• Maintain regular communication with existing customers.

• Coordinate with production, dispatch and accounts teams for smooth order execution.

• Maintain customer and lead data in CRM/Excel/company software.

• Achieve monthly sales and collection-related targets.

• Identify new market opportunities for fencing and wire products.

• Visit customers/project sites when required.

• Maintain professional relationships with customers and ensure repeat business.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong follow-up ability.

• Comfortable with phone calls and WhatsApp communication.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email.

• Ability to prepare quotations and maintain sales records.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Ability to develop new customers independently.

• Willingness to learn technical product specifications.

### Qualification

Any Graduate / Diploma / MBA (Sales & Marketing)

Candidates with experience in B2B, industrial, construction, infrastructure, solar, hardware, steel, fencing or wire products will be preferred.
