Business Development Associate (BDA) – On-Field
• Location: Hyderabad
• Type: Full-time/Day Job
• Experience: 1–2 years (Preferably from EV, Mobility, or Logistics sectors)
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive new customer acquisitions across B2C, B2B, and TPL business models
• Follow up with inbound leads via calls/chats and convert them into bookings
• Conduct product demos and explain pricing models to prospective customers
• Maintain accurate sales activity logs and lead status in our CRM (CercleOS)
• Coordinate with operations and support teams for smooth customer onboarding
Requirements:
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Familiarity with CRM tools and working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
• Comfortable with high-volume customer engagement
