About the Role
WHY Global Services is looking for a target-oriented Business Development Executive – IT Sales with experience in B2B Sales to drive business growth through client acquisition, IT solution sales, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, source, and acquire new B2B clients and business opportunities.
Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, referrals, and other channels.
Handle B2B IT Sales and promote the company's technology solutions.
Sell Website Development, IT Products, Software Solutions, and Digital Marketing Services.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to provide suitable solutions.
Manage the complete B2B sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation, conversion, and closure.
Prepare and deliver professional business presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Coordinate with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project coordination and delivery.
Build and maintain strong B2B client relationships.
Follow up with prospects and existing clients for repeat business and new opportunities.
Maintain sales pipelines and regularly update lead and client status.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills
Strong experience or knowledge in B2B Sales / IT Sales / Business Development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Experience in Website Sales, Product Sales, and Digital Marketing Sales will be preferred.
Strong client sourcing and lead generation abilities.
Good client coordination and relationship management skills.
Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
Ability to understand client requirements and present suitable IT solutions.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with technical and business teams.
